Scan the QR code
Install the Kahf app on your phone and scan the QR code on the router.

Setup usually takes about 5 minutes. Faith-first filtering, SafeSearch and VPN blocking are already on, so your home is protected from the start.

Rules are set on the router, so they work on every phone, tablet and laptop on your WiFi without installing anything on them.
- Check that the cable from your internet provider is firmly plugged into the router.
- Restart the router: unplug the power, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
- Give it a couple of minutes to start up, then try again.
- Still offline? Check with your internet provider that the line is working, then message us.
- Move the router to a more open, central spot, away from thick walls.
- Restart the router to refresh the connection.
- See how many devices are online in the Kahf app.
- Run a speed test near the router to compare with your internet plan.
- Open content safety in the Kahf app.
- Add the site to your allowed list.
- Reload the page on your device.
- Think it was blocked by mistake for everyone? Tell us and we'll review it.
- Make sure the device is connected to your Kahf Router WiFi, not mobile data.
- Turn the device's WiFi off and on again.
- Find the device in the Kahf app and check its rules.
- Message us with the device name if it still isn't covered.
- Check you're using the same phone number or email you set up with.
- Use the app's sign-in help to reset your password.
- Update the Kahf app to the latest version.
- Still stuck? Message us and we'll help you get back in.
- Restart it: unplug the power, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in.
- Wait a few minutes; it checks and repairs itself as it starts.
